Cancellation, Refund, and Withdrawal Policy
Cancellation Policy
By purchasing coaching services through this website, you agree to the following:
- You may reschedule individual coaching sessions with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session, or failure to attend, will result in the session being counted as used and are non-refundable.
- For multi-session packages, all sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. Rescheduling within that period is allowed under the same 48-hour policy.
This policy supports mutual accountability and allows us to maintain the integrity of the coaching relationship.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the time-based, personalized nature of coaching, no refunds will be issued after purchase.
In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergencies), we may offer alternative scheduling solutions at our discretion. However, this does not constitute a general right to refunds or package cancellation.
If you’re unsure whether this is the right time or fit, we strongly encourage you to book a free clarity call before purchasing. Our goal is always to serve with integrity — and part of that means working with people who are truly ready.
EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver
In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) and Directive 2011/83/EU:
- By purchasing coaching services, you expressly request that service delivery begins immediately, even if within the 14-day withdrawal period.
- You acknowledge that this waives your statutory right of withdrawal for digital/time-based services.
